and why do I want to tell stories?
I’m a young man who left his hometown 14 years ago, setting out to the discover the World looking for… looking for… well, I forgot what I was looking for at that time; but I’m pretty sure that, sometimes, somewhere along the way I found it.
At least, sometimes, I like to believe that.
Anyway that’s not the point, the point it’s the journey.
Throughout these years of discovering I’ve became passionated about many topics: books, cocktails, yoga, cultures, running, food and meditation.
I’ve been lucky enough to live 4 years of my adulthood in London and 2 in Paris; 6 months in Amsterdam, 6 in Madrid and 8 in Barcelona.
Even luckier I was to spend 12months travelling in SouthEast Asia (Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines) and 5 months in India (with a 3weeks preparation in Sri Lanka).
I want to share some of those adventures, thoughts and encounters I had on this journey, because it was a lot of fun.
Not that I’m dying or anything; well, yes… technically we are all dying because we are living, but that’s a endless philosophical-existential loop I’m not going to discuss here in the intro page; I’m more than confident that many more adventures are awaiting for me down the road.
Also, I always wanted to organise and make some sense out of the many things I wrote during these years.
Alas! being a professional procrastinator as I am, makes it very easy to constantly come up with excellent excuses to dodge the task.
Luckily someone much wiser than me suggested to start a blog and hold myself accountable for all the time I say “I enjoy writing” or “I want to write a book”.
Therefore this blog bears the tremendous weight to bring consistency and spark logic into my writing and hopefully myself. Being not only a master in procrastination, but also expert in jumping from one topic to another, this blog won’t keep a straightforward temporal line.
But fear not! As I’m also a lover of dates, locations and times, therefore each post will precisely states those coordinates.Ultimately and very humbly, I truly hope you’ll enjoy the reading and I thank you in advance for taking some of your precious time to give it a go.
peace and travel

P.S.
I want to specify that english is not my Mother tongue, but I do prefer writing using it.
